Overview
I had a great opportunity to work as a Senior Design for the FinTech IT & Cybersecurity firm Agio, during my time the firm evolved from a B2B service to a SaaS sales model, which brought a lot of changes to an established brand. The highlights of my time were solidified by a brand refresh, backend updates to the AgioNow platform, and a re-haul of the sales deck presentation library.
With a marketing strategy change that included a substantial increase in trade shows and events (15 per year to 40), our marketing strategy evolved to a model that answered the questions: What do you do? Who do you do it for? And how is it done? Working cross-functionally with multiple team leads, we saw an increase of ROI on event spend that begun to meet our goal of 5:1 by the time of acquisition. We elevated our position in the FinTech space not only by great service, but by maintaining our reputation as the “cool kid at the lunch table” brand with cheeky, direct to the point messaging, backed by unmatched service and the launch of the AgioNow platform which tied a neat bow on all the hard work.
Other day to day tasks included website graphic maintenance, email template design, PowerPoint design and library management, sales collateral, log creation, portal branding, PPC and organic ads, digital brand assets, Sharepoint maintenance, swag orders and logistics for events, interactive product demo walkthroughs via Storylane, video production and animation.
The Results
The MSP checklist was a top sales document (below), and in 2024 generated 36 leads, influenced 16 opportunities, and brought in over $110K in revenue.
